As of 2008, the Touchwood Group employs around 600 people directly and thousands more indirectly with plantation operations in 3 countries (Australia, Sri Lanka, Thailand) and offices in 10 countries. Touchwood has over 15,000 clients worldwide and aims to be a Global 1000 company within the next ten years.

Agarwood Technologies Co., Ltd. was formed in Thailand in 2008 as the vehicle to distribute the patented CAKits used to inoculate Agarwood trees. Touchwood is making this inoculation technology available to all Agarwood growers in Thailand. The company provides kits for growers to apply themselves or can provide a full application service including the harvest and sale, Agarwood extraction and oil production.
