To capitalize on the potential of our asset class – a class that performs above all other traditional investment types – we have concentrated on maximizing the efficiency of our plantations through process-oriented enhancements. These initiatives have enabled us to increase efficiency by as much as 200 percent in some of our key plantations. They also led to a 25 percent decrease in production costs compared to previous years.  

Integrity.

Social responsibility is the guiding principle that governs our actions and the core of our business strategy – giving back for what has been given to us. And we honestly can't think of a better way to make a profit.

Further striving for transparency and accountability, we hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications for quality and environmental management – the first agro-management company in South Asia to achieve this distinction. We also comply with the laws, principles and guidelines related to forestry management set forth by the Forest Stewardship Council.

Knowledge.

It all started with a visionary idea that has since become the industry standard for managed forestry investments. Over a decade has passed since. In that time, we have collected one of the most respected teams of consultants, field experts, leading educational institutions and in-house talent of any other forestry investment company in our industry. And we would be lying if we told you our competitors weren’t more than a little envious.

Incorporating on-going research and first-hand knowledge related to the best practices for forestry with the latest technology for plantation management – including an innovative system that allows us to monitor the health of each and every tree – we have created a business model that generates profit from practices that are wholly sustainable.
