This system of personal ownership and the potential for continuing opportunity provides us with a low rate of turnover, having retained nearly 40 percent of our current staff – and their related expertise – for five years or more.

In addition to providing direct and indirect jobs through our plantations and other opportunities, we have invested in eco-friendly infrastructure development, fostered the development of agro-forestry and related skills, and instituted educational programs for preschoolers on the importance of environmental conservation.
